Georgina is a wonderful English lady born in Malaga. Her parents, both painters, came to Spain in the 1950s. Her first years were spent in Ronda before her family moved back to England. Ronda is maybe the most beautiful “white villages” of Andalucia. Georgina returned to Spain with her husband and daughter 8 years ago. They live in the house her father bought in 1959 in Ronda. Originally it was an inn, later it was run as a small holding growing vegetables to take to the local market in Ronda. When she was young they shared the house with a Spanish family who looked after the land and the animals. That family and the animals are long gone but they still grow a few vegetables for their own use.

Georgina’s father was the outstanding British painter Milles Richmond, member of the Borough Group. He was David Bomberg’s closest student, and practiced and taught his particular vision of painting in a working life of more than 60 years. http://www.milesrichmond.co.uk/

Georgina, a good friend of ours, invites some of our clients to her home for lunch or dinner. This is a truly unique experience. We, at Made for Spain, love inviting our clients to get close to our culture by meeting our friends and opening the doors of their homes so that they become welcome guests.
